enlevant la partie blanche centrale. Faire revenir rapidement les feuilles d'épinards dans une poêle avec 1/2 càs d'huile d'olive. Fermer le couvercle pour cuire dans la vapeur que se forme. Couper en fines lamelles le jambon.
